These 3 impressive and propose-built factories occupy a total area of over 100,000 square meters together with approximately 1,200 persons in manpower. With their own production sectors, each of our factories can produce
a vast range of aluminum extrusions in lead-times. Our production sectors in each factory include: melting sector; hydraulic extrusion sector; surface finishing sector; tooling and die workshop and a comprehensive fabrication workshop. With the co-ordination
of these sectors, we are able to offer not only extrude profiles but also a variety of coating treatment i.e. anodizing, electrophoresis coating, powder coating, etc; meanwhile, our technical and QC department equipped with CMM and projector serve in a good
role in accurate measurement while spectrometer enhances chemical analysis of our raw materials and products.
